This English Single Malt Whisky has been produced using English malted barley and soft Cheshire water.
Matured in American Oak Quarter casks which have been shaved, toasted and recharred to the distilleries specification before being finished in European oak barrels.
Creamy vanilla and Orchard fruits on the nose.
On the pallette you get creamy malt and sweet dried fruits.
With the finish you're treated to ripe fruits, honey, baked apricot and butterscotch

The Cheshire second release is a fantastic STR. Smooth and very approachable. I would highly recomend giving it a try.
