Shining Cliff Gin: Bakewell Pud

Inspired by the Peak District town of Bakewell, the home of the original Bakewell Pudding.

Distilled with nine botanicals, including English cherries, raspberries, toasted flaked almond and vanilla, and then macerated in cherries for several weeks to lift the fruit notes. A robust, classic-style gin, with subtle berry sweetness (no added sugar, contains nuts).

Drink with premium standard tonic and garnish with an old school glace cherry. Also pairs with lemonade for non-tonic drinkers.
