This beast is knarley and unapologetic! This Rum has been barrel aged in an ex Islay Whisky Cask along with: Fresh Scotch Bonnet and Birds Eye Chillis, Smoked Chipotle and Ancho Chillis, and Cacao Nibs.
Waves of Smoke bellows across the palate, followed by fresh chilli spice that builds and blends with the smoke to create a BBQ sauce character that ends in sweet Chocolate.
Definitely not for the feint but this monster is a truly excellent example of barrel aged Rum. This 1st Cask release is limited to just 145 bottles.

This Rum is absolutely amazing it has a beautiful smokey flavour but with a good kick of chilly that gives you a burn that works perfectly with the smokey taste
Tasty with an extra kick to it with a bit of spice stunning graphic designs tasted in whiskey side before deciding I needed a bottle fast delivery and I'm sure I will be ordering more
