Cider Cask Wheat Whisky

Introducing the first organic release from this exceptional distillery. Made from organic malted wheat and malted barley, it’s fermented with Bavarian wheat yeast for 14 days and matured for 42 months in cider-conditioned ex-bourbon and chestnut casks.

This whisky boasts prominent aromas of apples and banana bread, with notes of biscuits and green apples on the palate, rounded out by a touch of white wine minerality. The finish is soft and creamy, delivering a beautifully balanced experience.
